MidContinental Chemical schedules all deliveries and makes all arrangements when products must be moved from one terminal to another for tank cleaning, transition or other on-site terminal assistance. We visit each terminal to ensure proper transition of additives takes place, spot check EPA compliance issues, make sure tanks are accurately labeled, and ensure that injection equipment is working properly. Additionally, our home office help desk staff will gladly answer questions from terminals concerning operations, VAR and other related matters.

R E G U L A T O R Y   C O M P L I A N C E

IVD Oversight Services
Our staff helps you maintain the required records related to the use of IVD additives. This includes developing a custom volumetric additive reconciliation (VAR), training on collection of this data and review of the data to assess compliance.

VAR Oversight Services
We review actual usage vs. target rates and work with the terminals to understand their specific usage requirements (ethanol, low usage, etc.) to establish their target rate.

Reporting Assistance
We check the numbers generated from the terminals to ensure they are in compliance with EPA regulations, and help generate VARs. VARs are then sent to a predetermined location for central storage.

Terminal Administration Manuals
We provide a terminal administration manual for each terminal and keep them current. This tool helps ensure that EPA compliance issues are properly addressed.

We can arrange and coordinate equipment installations. We can oversee the
equipment and ensure that all parts are operating properly: pumps, panels, tanks, motors, valves, switches, meters and more. We can also provide equipment on a lease basis to help you grow your business. The leases can be funded through ongoing operating income.
